Try to limit your calories intake. Eat fries, burgers,everything you want, BUT dont exceed the limit of your daily intake</P>

1.Have a breakfast of cereal and low fat milk, or a light cheese sandwiche or boiled eggs with a cup of tea or coffee.</FONT><FONT face="Tms Rmn"><FONT size=3> </FONT></P></FONT><FONT face=Helv size=2>

2.Lunch; try always having some protiens in it. Turki sandwiche with a green salad, or pasta with chicken. Or even our typical lebanese cuisine, but dont go extreme on the fatty starters like hummos and so on, and if you can avoid them for a month that would even be better. </P>


Basically, have a good meal, but not fats or extra oil. </P>

3.Have snacks. Fruits is the best you can go with, but not bananas all the time. Apples, apricots, water melon, etc.</FONT><FONT face="Tms Rmn"><FONT size=3> </FONT></P></FONT><FONT face=Helv size=2>

4. Dinner, after a work out, always also include protien. Tuna fish, meat, chicken, or turki are the best solution. </P>


Even if you dine out, be careful to have something filling but not very fatty. </P>

But its soo hard sometimes to be strict on your self about the things you eat, i know i cant, but i try and succeed only to fail agan.LOL. So what about that. Mister Arcane, how can someone out it in themselves to be more strict on their diet. Is there such a way?</FONT></strong>
